I hold a B.A. Secondary Education & Social Studies from Rider University. While at Rider I made Dean's List every semester and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I hold an M.A. in Psychology from New York University. I am completing an M.Ed. in Curriculum Instruction & Children's Literature at Penn State University.
Experience
Given my education and teaching background, I have experience teaching subject matter in Kindergarten - University level. Most recently I have been teaching at the high school and university level. I have experience tutoring Psychology, Social Studies, and History in a one on one tutor environment. I am currently an adjunct at CUNY, teaching Intro Psychology to high school students. I have also been working for two years as a Teacher's Assistant at New York University, in the Psychology department. I have experience teaching and tutoring a variety of subject matter. I have two graduate level degrees, which have aided in my mastery of this content material. In addition, I have much experience in writing, and copy editing. I have students from previous semester who enlist my help on current papers, outside of classes I teach.

Hobbies
I have a lot of experience with kids. I have over 12 years experience babysitting (newborn-high school). I love music, all kinds, and spend some of my free time at concerts. I can be a TV junkie on occasion, so I can usually strike up a conversation with most kids and teens. I have also been known to receive a bite from the travel bug from time to time, and have traveled quite a bit.
