I graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. While attending college, I also participated in track and field and worked at a part time job. I am comfortable tutoring students in a variety of math related subjects, including algebra 1, calculus, 1, calculus 2, calculus 3, differential equations, geometry, pre-calculus, statistics, trigonometry, algebra 2, multivariable calculus, algebra 3/4, finite mathematics, mechanical engineering, pre-algebra, and linear algebra. I am also able to tutor students in science and physics. Additionally, I am comfortable tutoring students in Advanced Placement courses in physics, statistics, and calculus. My experience in college provided me with the opportunity to be a part of numerous competitions and projects. I have experience working with both adults and children. My philosophy as a tutor emphasizes finding the easiest way to explain complex concepts so that my students can understand them. In order to achieve this goal, I tend to use analogies. After utilizing analogies, I switch to provided students with sample problems. In my free time, I like to run and complete do it yourself projects.
